1(a):  If coming from west of Raleigh on I-40:

               -- take I-40 East to Raleigh.

               -- At the I-40/Downtown and Wade Avenue split, bear left towards downtown.

               -- Follow I-40 East past the Cary exits, Sanford exit, Wilson exit, Gorman Street exit and Lake Wheeler Road exit. Just past the Lake Wheeler Road exit, you will see the South Saunders Street exits (there are two).  Take South Saunders Street Exit Number 298-B (South Saunders Street North). 

                -- You will need to exit right and go under the bridge and merge with traffic northbound. Stay in the right lane. (now skip to step 2, below)

1(b):  If coming from east of Raleigh on 1-40:

                 -- Follow I-40 West until you get to the Raleigh Area.

                 --  Take South Saunders Street Exit Number 298-B (South Saunders Street North).  The exit is on your right.  At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn Right at the light.  (now go to step 2, below)

2: Proceed straight on South Saunders, it will turn into McDowell Street. McDowell is a one way street. Stay in the right lane.

3: Turn right onto South Street following signs to Memorial Auditorium.

4: Go through one stop light.

5: At the next stop light make a left onto Wilmington Street

6: Go thru one stop light and then get into the left lane.

7: Just after the second stop light you will turn left into the parking garage. This will be just after you pass the back stairs to the Bank of America Building.

8: The parking garage is underground and take the elevators up to One Bank of America Plaza to access out building.

** Take Capital Boulevard towards downtown

** Capital Blvd. will change into Dawson Street

** Turn left onto Davie Street.

** Go one block and turn right onto Salisbury Street.

** Salisbury Street dead ends because of construction.  At the dead end, turn left drive into the underground parking garage for One Bank of America Plaza.. Park in visitor parking and follow signs to One Hannover Square via the stairs or elevator. Both are open and operating during business hours. After entering the lobby of One Bank of America Plaza, take the elevator to the 12^th floor.

** Go through one light and at the second light, you are looking at the BB&T Building. Go straight into the parking deck, take a ticket, park anywhere and go towards the elevator market "One Bank of America Plaza". You can either take the elevator up to the lobby or the stairs right next to the elevator. Once in the lobby, go through the lobby to the elevators and come up to the 12^th floor.

** Take Highway 264W to Highway 64W

** Get to the Raleigh Beltline

** Keep traveling on 64 and it will become New Bern Avenue

** Travel approximately 2 miles and you will see Person Street on the left.

** Just past Person Street, the next named street, turn left

** Travel approximately 10 blocks and turn right onto Cabarrus Street

** You will see our building in front of you when you get to Cabarrus and Wilmington

** Turn right at light and then take a very quick left into the parking garage

** Park under the deck and go to the elevator/stairs that say One Hannover

** Take elevator up to lobby and then cross through lobby and take second set of elevators to the 12^th floor. Bring your parking ticket with you upstairs and we will validate it before you leave.

** When leaving the mall, take a right turn out of the mall and travel down Glenwood Avenue towards downtown (follow signs to downtown), approximately 4.5 miles.

** Glenwood Avenue dead ends into Morgan Street - take a left onto Morgan.

** Go straight a few blocks to Salisbury Street. Take a right on Salisbury.

** Travel approx. 3-4 lights to our building. You will see the Courthouse on the left and then just past the Sheraton Hotel, at a stop light you will turn left into the parking deck for BB&T Building, just before the street dead ends due to construction. Take a ticket and park. There are two sets of elevators (one in each corner of the parking deck) and you want to take the elevators marked ONE BANK OF AMERICA PLAZA. Walk across the lobby to the elevators and take to the 12^th floor.

Our building is right next to the current Civic Center on Fayetteville Street Mall.
