Directions from I-40, Eastbound or Westbound

• 1(a).  If coming from west of Raleigh on I-40:
  • Take I-40 East to Raleigh.
  • At the I-40/Downtown and Wade Avenue split, bear left towards downtown.
  • Follow I-40 East past the Cary, Sanford, Wilson, Gorman Street, and Lake Wheeler Road exits.
  • Take exit 298-B for S. Saunders St N toward Raleigh/Downtown.  Turn right onto S. Saunders Street.
• 1(b).  If coming from east of Raleigh on 1-40:
  • Follow I-40 West until you get to the Raleigh Area.
  • Take exit 298-B for S Saunders St N toward Raleigh/Downtown.  Turn right onto S. Saunders Street.
• 2.  S. Saunders Street becomes McDowell Street.  Make slight right at McDowell Street. 
• 3.  Turn right onto Cabarrus Street (at the corner of the Raleigh Convention Center). 
• 4.  At the stoplight, cross over Salisbury Street and turn into the “BB&T” parking garage.
• 5.  Go to the “Bank of America Plaza” side of the parking garage and take the elevator to the lobby of the Bank of America Building.  Go through the lobby to the elevators and take an elevator to the 12th floor.

Exit

When exiting the parking garage, exit on the Wilmington Street side (this is a one way street). Turn left onto Wilmington Street. Take the next right onto Cabarrus Street. Go one block and turn right onto Blount Street. Follow signs to the Beltline (I-440) and I-40. To exit to I-40 West you will exit right. To exit to I-40 East, you will exit left.

Directions from Capital Boulevard (Mini-City area):

1. Take Capital Boulevard south towards downtown.  It will become Dawson Street.
2. Turn left onto Davie Street.
3. Go two blocks and turn right onto Salisbury Street.
4. Go one block and just past the stoplight at Cabarrus Street, turn left into the “BB&T” parking garage.
5. Go to the “Bank of America Plaza” side of the parking garage and take the elevator to the lobby of the Bank of America Building.  Go through the lobby to the elevators and take an elevator to the 12th floor.

Directions from East of Raleigh (Highways 264W and 64W):

1. Take US-264 W to US-64 W.
2. Merge onto I-440E – Go 2.6 miles.
3. Merge onto I-40 W – Go 2.7 miles.
4. Take exit 298-B for S. Saunders St N toward Raleigh/Downtown.  Turn right onto S. Saunders Street.
5. S. Saunders Street becomes McDowell Street.  Make slight right at McDowell St.
6. Turn right onto Cabarrus Street (at the corner of the Raleigh Convention Center).
7. At the stoplight, cross over Salisbury Street and turn into the “BB&T” parking garage.
8. Go to the “Bank of America Plaza” side of the parking garage and take the elevator/stairs to the lobby of the Bank of America Building.  Go through the lobby to a set of elevators and take an elevator to the 12th floor.

Directions from Crabtree Valley Mall:

1. Take Glenwood Avenue towards downtown (follow signs to downtown), approximately 4.5 miles.
2. Glenwood Avenue dead ends at Morgan Street.  Turn left onto Morgan Street.
3. Go a few blocks to Salisbury Street.  Turn right onto Salisbury Street.
4. You will come to a stoplight at Cabarrus Street.  Just past the stoplight, turn left into the “BB&T” parking garage.
5. Go to the “Bank of America Plaza” side of the parking garage and take the elevator to the lobby of the Bank of America Building.  Go through the lobby to the elevators and take an elevator to the 12th floor.
