Jennifer (“Jennie") Dotson Maldonado was born in Asheville,
North Carolina in 1972. Ms. Maldonado received her
undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her law degree from
Campbell University, where she was a member of the Prince
Evidence Moot Court Team.
Since her admission to the bar, Ms. Maldonado’s practice has
been concentrated in the defense of personal injury,
construction and coverage litigation. She is an experienced
litigator, having tried cases in both federal and state
court. Additionally, Ms. Maldonado has taught seminars in
insurance coverage litigation, insurance bad faith claims in
North Carolina, litigation case management, and medical
records translation.
Ms. Maldonado, her husband Dave, and their daughter Maile,
enjoy traveling, visiting area parks and museums, gardening,
and ACC sports.
