Jennifer M. (Jenny) St. Clair is a trial attorney whose
practice has included defense of all types of personal
injury claims. Since joining the firm, Ms. St. Clair’s
practice has concentrated primarily in medical malpractice
and personal injury defense litigation. She represents
physicians, physician practices and hospitals, along with
other health-related institutions and personnel. She has
also provided risk management consulting for hospital
clients, and has represented physicians and dentists before
the North Carolina Medical and Dental Boards.
Ms. St. Clair is
a 2001 graduate of the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass
Communication with a second major in Political Science. She
is a 2004 graduate of the Normal Adrian Wiggins School of
Law, where she graduated with honors and was the recipient
of four Book Awards for top academic performance in her
class. While at Campbell Law, Ms. St. Clair was a two-time
participant in the National Civil Trial competition in Los
Angeles, California, where her team finished as
semi-finalist both years. She was also a two-year member of
the ATLA trial competition. She received the International
Academy of Trial Lawyers Award for Advocacy, was inducted
into the Omnicron Delta Kappa National Honor Society, and
was named to the Order of the Barristers. She has also been
recognized by Who’s Who Among American Students.
Outside of the
office, Ms. St. Clair enjoys traveling and spending time
with her Labrador Retriever.
