Appellate Practice
Yates, McLamb & Weyher, LLP has extensive experience handling appeals before the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Construction Liability
The defense of general contractors and subcontractors statewide in construction defect claims and workplace accidents is a significant area of the firm’s practice. Construction defect cases include residential and large, multimillion-dollar commercial projects as well as roadway construction. Coverage Litigation
