Yates, McLamb & Weyher, L.L.P., a Raleigh, North Carolina-based litigation firm, announces today that John Ward has joined the firm as an associate. John will be working on civil litigation matters in a number of the firm’s practice areas. Ward is a 2012 graduate of the University of North Carolina Law School. In 2011, he worked as a summer associate at YMW.

In addition to his successful law school academic career, Ward has worked as an intern with the Alamance County District Attorney’s office, and has studied abroad in Querétaro, Mexico and Barcelona, Spain. Ward’s Spanish language skills will add to his value as an associate.
