Allison Becker Joins Firm as an Associate Attorney

RALEIGH, NC  (June 4, 2012) ─ Yates, McLamb & Weyher, L.L.P. (www.ymwlaw.com), a Raleigh, North Carolina-based litigation firm, announces today that Allison Becker has joined the firm as an associate attorney.  Becker has a background in practicing complex commercial, product liability and mass tort litigation in New York.  She also has served for the past two years as a clerk for the Honorable Thomas W. Waldrep, Jr. in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.

“Allison’s complex litigation and product liability experience will be an asset to our civil litigation practice group,” says Dan McLamb, YMW partner and a civil litigation practice lead.  “She also brings a depth of bankruptcy knowledge that will be valuable to our clients.”

Becker is a Duke University alumna and holds her juris doctorate with honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
