RALEIGH, NC (April 27, 2007) – Barbara (“Bonnie”) Weyher and Heather Wilson of Yates, McLamb & Weyher were speakers at the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys Medical Malpractice seminar held in Winston-Salem, NC on Friday, April 27, 2007.  Their presentation addressed the ethical issues and potential conflicts which can arise when defense attorneys represent more than one health care provider in a single medical malpractice lawsuit.  The presentation included an interactive discussion of conflicts which have arisen in actual cases and the appropriate resolution of such situations.
